We are actively seeking proactive and motivated people within the EU to promote and sell our ground breaking product. As an important part of our network of agents, you could earn up to £150 per hour by building business and a client base in your area with our support.

MAIN AGENTS
Agents are vetted on their technical experience within the motor trade and their ability to develop business and sales. Focus is also concentrated on their strategic planning and how they intend to operate the Agency, which should be briefly explained on application by email or covering letter.
An appointment is then made with the de Verde Management Team who will then discuss the potential Agent’s business plan submitted prior to the day of the meeting.
Once approved the candidate is required to pay an agency fee starting from £1150 + VAT (non refundable) depending on the boundary and population of their chosen and available area.*
Agents are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before they are provided with product information and training and an Agency Agreement will also have to be drawn up, signed and agreed.
All Agents are employed on a freelance basis and are required to organise their own tax and insurance. We can provide details of insurers if required.
In return the Agent will receive their agreed allocated area to develop business and secure sales; a free demonstration kit installed into their chosen vehicle; and spare cells and ancillary parts. The number of spare cells will be determined depending on the type of agency and the business plan i.e. main franchise with sub-agencies or a smaller business model.
Agents will be given a full day’s training or can nominate a person within their organisation to be trained on the installation of the Hydrogen System in their chosen vehicle. All systems are required to be fitted and serviced by a qualified and trained installer. (Motor trade qualifications/experience in vehicle electrics desirable). On successful completion of the training the nominated person will be provided with a training certificate, together with full support from de Verde on future installations.
A fully comprehensive Agents Pack will be provided including step by step instructions on how to perform installations as a back up to the training, a trade price list, administrative paperwork and information on the Warranty process and requirements.
de Verde will provide support for marketing and administration by setting up a website for the Agent under the de Verde domain and providing business cards and marketing material.
Agents are required to secure at least 4 sales per month after a period of 1 month from commencement and then at least 8 sales per month after 6 months. Failure to do this could result in the loss of the agency.
Agents are required to provide de Verde Headquarters a report on the performance of the cells, customer feedback and sales.
Agents are required to supply the customer with a fully completed Installation Certificate, Service and 3-Monthly Check Record and customer guidance on aftercare. The Installation Certificate and Service Record must be produced by the customer in the event of a claim. A copy of the Installation Certificate must be sent to de Verde Headquarters. (All administrative paperwork will be supplied)
Photographs of the installation and supporting text must be sent to the de Verde Headquarters to be added to the de Verde database for installation information.
Agents are required to encourage their customers to complete a test data form for analysis by de Verde Headquarters. (All administrative paperwork will be supplied)
QUALIFIED AND APPROVED INSTALLERS
Candidates are required to submit their CV or a summary of their experience by email or covering letter.
Installers are vetted on their technical experience within the motor trade and their ability to develop business and sales.

On appointment, the candidate will be required to sign an NDA and sub-contractors agreement and pay a fee of £500 + VAT for training and support.*

Installers will be given a full day’s training on installing our Hydrogen System into their own vehicle. On successful completion of the training the installer will be provided with a training certificate, together with full support from de Verde Technologies on future installations.

de Verde will pay an installation fee of £75 for mobile installations of de Verde’s own customers agreed and scheduled with the installer.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Candidates are required to submit a summary of their experience and their sales strategy by email or covering letter
Candidates are required to sign an NDA and a freelance sub-contractor agreement.
Cells installed at discounted price into their own vehicle as demonstration. (Sales Rep must be present at the installation so that they fully understand the system).
Full price of cell repaid through commission gained by Sales Representative.
Commission paid for each successful referral – to be determined depending on agency or installation sale.

REFERRALS
Existing customers who successfully refer new customers to us will receive 10% commission on the price of the sale with effect from 18.6.10.
